Suara_Rakyat, Manado – Pemerintah Kota Manado kembali menggelar open bidding untuk pejabat tinggi pratama. Hal ini ditegaskan Walikota Manado DR IR GS Vicky Lumentut SH MSI DEA. “Mulai hari ini open biding dan job fit digelar,” kata Lumentut kepada sejumlah wartawan di Kantor Walikota Manado, Senin (13/05/2019).
Menurut Lumentut, Pemkot Manado telah mendapat izin dari Komisi Apararatur Sipil Negara untuk melaksanakan open biding dan job fit. “Ada beberapa pejabat eselon II yang bakal memasuki masa pensiun serta perlu ada rotasi di beberapa OPD,” kata Walikota Manado dua periode ini.
Menurutnya, berdasarkan undang-undang pengisian jabatan tinggi pratama harus melalui open bidding. Namun, ada satu syarat utama yang menurutnya mutlak harus dipenuhi agar open bidding benar-benar memberikan dampak positif sesuai harapan.
Hal tersebut yakni soal independensi dan profesionalitas setiap anggota panitia seleksi alias pansel dalam proses open bidding. “Open bidding ini sangat bermanfaat. Sepanjang pansel bekerja dengan profesional, independen dan menjaga moralitasnya. Pansel yang kami pilih saat ini telah terbukti kapabilitasnya,” katanya lagi sambil berharap, hasil seleksi nanti akan menghasilkan pejabat yang berkualitas dan mampu memimpin organisasi perangkat daerah lebih baik lagi.(meidy)

Dilihat dari situs pemilu2019.kpu.go.id, Minggu (12/5/2019), pukul 15.41 WIB, data yang sudah masuk berasal dari 635.055 TPS (78,07893%). Diketahui, total ada 813.350 TPS pada Pemilu 2019.
Berikut ini real count KPU berdasarkan data yang telah masuk: 01. Jokowi-Ma’ruf 67.300.948 suara (56,23%) 02. Prabowo-Sandiaga 52.256.258 suara (43,71%)
Dengan demikian, selisih perolehan suara antara Jokowi-Ma’ruf dan Prabowo-Sandi adalah 15.044.690 suara.
Dalam situs ini, KPU menjelaskan bahwa data yang ditampilkan pada menu Hitung Suara merupakan data berdasarkan angka yang tercantum dalam salinan formulir C1 sebagai hasil penghitungan suara di TPS. Jika terdapat perbedaan antara angka yang tertulis dan angka yang tercantum dalam salinan Formulir C1, akan diperbaiki sebagaimana mestinya.
KPU juga menyatakan bahwa data yang ditampilkan bukan merupakan hasil final, karena hasil akhir penghitungan perolehan suara Pemilu 2019 akan ditetapkan secara manual melalui rapat rekapitulasi secara berjenjang di setiap tingkatan. Oleh karena itu jika terdapat kesalahan dalam pengisian C1 dapat diusulkan perbaikan pada rapat rekapitulasi di tingkat kecamatan.
